Privacy policy

We collect as little as possible, keep it only as long as needed, and never sell it. That is the whole philosophy; the details follow.

What we collect

When you order, we receive your name, contact details, delivery address, and order contents so we can make and deliver your furniture. When you write to us or join the slow list, we receive whatever you send — your name, email, and message.

What we do with it

We use your details to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, answer enquiries, and — only with your consent — send the monthly slow list. Checkout payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years for tax and guarantee purposes. Enquiry messages are kept for two years. Slow-list subscriptions last until you unsubscribe, which you can do in one click from any email.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to us from the contact page. We respond within thirty days.
