Terms and conditions

Plain terms for well-made furniture. If anything here surprises you, write to us before ordering and we will talk it through.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Prices are shown in US dollars and include nothing hidden — delivery is calculated honestly at checkout before you pay.

Made-to-order pieces

Pieces marked “made to order” are built for you and take around six weeks. Because they cannot be resold as easily, they may only be cancelled within seven days of ordering.

Natural materials

Timber grain, colour variation, and small knots are the nature of the material, not defects. Your piece will differ slightly from its photograph — that is the signature of real wood.

Guarantee

Frames, joints, and springs carry our ten-year guarantee as described on the warranty page. Upholstery covers wear with use and are replaceable at cost.
