Shipping and delivery

Furniture should arrive like furniture — carried by people, wrapped in blankets, placed where you want it. Not left in a box in the rain.

How it works

Small pieces travel by tracked courier in recyclable packaging. Large pieces travel with our two-person crew, who carry the furniture into the room of your choice, remove every scrap of packaging, and take it away for reuse.

Timing

Stock pieces leave the workshop within five working days. Made-to-order pieces take around six weeks — we will confirm your build slot by email. Delivery dates are agreed with you, not imposed on you.

Cost and carbon

Delivery is calculated honestly at checkout by size and distance. Every delivery is carbon-neutral: we consolidate routes and offset what remains through verified forestry projects.
