We build furniture to be repaired, not replaced — and we stand behind that for a decade.

Ten years, in writing

Frames, joints, and springs are guaranteed for ten years of normal daily life. If any of them fail, our workshop repairs or replaces the part.

Free, then at cost, forever

Repairs are free for the first two years. After that, guarantee repairs are done at cost — materials and bench time, no margin — for the full ten years. Beyond ten years, we still repair whenever we can.

What is not covered

Upholstery covers wear with use and sunlight; they are replaceable at cost rather than guaranteed. Accidents, misuse, and outdoor pieces left uncovered through winter are outside the guarantee — though we will still try to fix them.

How to claim

Quote your maker's mark and year (inside a drawer, under a cushion) on the contact page, with a photo of the issue. We reply within two working days with the plan.
